Once in a lifetime opportunity to own an exceptional piece of Boston Red Sox and Baseball History! You would be hard-pressed to find a finer example. The first pennants to commemorate a world Championships appears around 1914. There is no year printed on these pennants. It is recorded that the 1914 Boston Braves produced the first championship team pennant, so it is speculated that these pennants are attributed to one, or all of the 1915, 1916, 1918 championships. The red felt Fenway Park, souvenir pennant displays the team name, "Red Sox, " alongside a circular illustration featuring a crossed bats, ball, and bases motif that reads Boston Red Sox Base Ball Club - Worlds Champions. This pennant is in excellent condition for its age. There are two barely descernable pin holes in the top corners of this pennant. It is approximately 35 inches in length at the longest point and 14 inches in height at the tallest point. We will entertain reasonable offers only.
